Sounds foreign? But, nah. This is definitely Pinoy. If you don't know what it is, Salpicao is a dish made of tender and juicy beef cubes that are salty and subtly sweet and boldly smelling and tasting of garlic. Served with fried rice, sunny side up fried egg, some atchara, cucumber and tomato.
Every Filo home has their own version of adobo. The best adobo is always served by mom, as they say. This is our take. Chicken fillets marinated and cooked in a beautiful medley of soy, sugar, vinegar and garlic goodness, with a side of soft boiled eggs and smoky-dokey pork floss. Always served with rice. Always.

Sinigang with a twist - no soup here. Rice stewed in pork broth, tamarind spices then fried to Filo goodness, mixed veggies, and topped with some good ole pork crackling. Just the way we like it.
Sometimes you just gotta have more than the usual. Here you get a good serving of our house marinated tapa, house made skinless longganisa and 2 sunny side up eggs on a bed of garlic fried rice. Plus a side of atchara (pickled veggies) and of course our house green chili vinegar that is making its way to everyone's list of favourite dipping sauce.
